David McAllister and Vicki Attard joined us for a four-day holiday workshop along with our very own Brett Morgan.
Their conversation was enlightening, both inside the studio and outside the studio, and our dancers were privileged to learn what it takes to succeed from Australia’s best.
It’s easy to acknowledge that the new generations coming through are completely different to when we grew up. Children today have less patience, expect to achieve things far more advanced than their age, and want to be given opportunities before the hard work has been done.
That’s why receiving wisdom from industry greats like David, Vicki and Brett, gives our children invaluable insights into the “real” world of ballet and the professional paths that await them.
