Vicki Morgan (nee Brown) has been at the helm of the National College of Dance as CEO since 2014, bringing her extensive experience in business development and strategic planning to the world of dance education. For over a decade, Vicki has successfully led the college, overseeing general administration, accounts management, and marketing, ensuring the college’s growth and reputation as a leading dance institution.
Before joining the National College of Dance, Vicki had a distinguished career with Australian Finance Group (AFG), one of Australia’s largest broker aggregation companies. During her 14.5 years at AFG, Vicki worked as a Business Development Manager for 11 years, building strong client relationships and driving business growth within NSW. She later transitioned into a business coaching role, spending the next 3.5 years specialising in business and strategic planning as well as process analysis for AFG’s business broking clients.
Upon leaving AFG, Vicki launched her own coaching business, Clear Business Solutions, where she provided expert advice to help businesses such as Real Estate Agents, Financial Planners and Business / Finance Brokers develop finance broking departments and optimise their strategies and operations to increase cross management referrals, finance submission rates and profitability. Her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for making a positive impact eventually led her, alongside her husband Brett Morgan, to seize the opportunity to acquire and run the National College of Dance. Vicki consults to the not for profit Rose Walton Memorial Benefit Fund and is the Vice President of the National Youth Ballet Company.
Vicki holds an Advanced Diploma in Management, a Diploma of Finance (Mortgage Broking Management), and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Her diverse background in finance, management and education uniquely positions her to lead the National College of Dance into a prosperous future.
