An internationally renowned and respected teacher, choreographer and coach, Timothy has danced with the Australian Ballet, the Nederlands Dans Theater and William Forsythe’s Ballet in Frankfurt. Timothy has taught extensively for the Australian Ballet School, choreographed numerous ballets for the Australian Ballet Company and also served as a regular guest teacher at the renowned Béjart Ballet in Lausanne, Switzerland. His teaching and choreography credits also extend to the Singapore Dance Theatre, Stuttgart Ballet, Vienna State Opera Ballet, Royal Danish Ballet and school, Royal New Zealand Ballet and the Tokyo Ballet. The founder and director of his own dance company ‘Company Z Dance’ in Auckland, New Zealand; Timothy has recently choreographed Eugene Onegin for the NBR New Zealand Opera and Die Tote Stadt for Opera Australia. Timothy is a qualified Alexander Technique practitioner, studying n both New Zealand and Switzerland, and incorporates his knowledge and expert methods into his teaching practice.
