JANE EVANS

Classical Ballet Teacher

Jane originally trained in Newcastle before moving overseas to continue her training at the prestigious Royal Ballet School. Jane worked professionally for over 14 years in Britain, Europe and South Africa in companies, stage shows and movies. Jane’s highlights as a dancer were for the London Festival Ballet, London City Ballet and Pact Ballet in South Africa. Her West End productions include “On your Toes” and “The King and I” jane was involved in Marie Walton Mahon Dance Academy as a past teacher and is happy to be back working for the Junior Academy with the students again.

National College of Dance Junior Academy Newcastle NSW

The National College of Dance Junior Academy located in Newcastle NSW, offers dance classes in Ballet, Contemporary, and Jazz for students from 12 months old to Adults. Acrobatics, Pilates, Yoga and Body Conditioning are also available. Utilising the Royal Academy of Dance syllabi, our teachers are RAD trained.

We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
