Associate Program Holiday Intensive

Our Associate Program Holiday Intensive is a focused three-day training opportunity designed for dedicated dancers looking to refine their technique, expand their artistry, and experience the expectations of pre-professional training.

Across three immersive days, dancers will participate in a carefully structured program that mirrors the rhythm and standards of our Associate Program, providing valuable insight into the discipline, versatility and commitment required at this level.

Throughout the intensive, students will receive training in:

Classical Technique – developing strength, placement and artistry
Pointe & Classical Repertoire – refining technical precision and stylistic understanding
Body Conditioning – supporting strength, alignment and injury prevention
Contemporary Technique – exploring movement quality, musicality and expression
Contemporary Repertoire & Improvisation – encouraging creativity, individuality and performance depth

Classes are delivered by our experienced faculty across classical and contemporary disciplines, giving dancers exposure to a range of teaching styles and artistic approaches.

Wednesday 15th – Friday 17th April, 2026
8.45am – 2.30pm daily

What to bring:
Dancers should bring their own lunch, snacks and water bottle each day to support full-day training.
