Designed to provide a holistic look at dance training through many genres, these programs will utilise classical training base to explore multiple genres such as contemporary, neo-classical, jazz, musical theatre and more.
The National College of Dance continues its popular and successful Intensive Training Sports Program / School Sports Program for interested dance students in years 7-10.
This freshly created program is designed for students who are being given the opportunity to swap their usual school sports program for our externally provided approved dance program. This provides students who have a passion for dance the opportunity to have additional dance classes in place of their usual school sports program.
This program is open and available to any dance student, regardless of what dance school they attend and is an ideal program to experience an array of professionally trained classes in many genres.
It is also a great bridging program for students with the ability and aspirations of furthering their training to a full time course or ITP program by to experiencing what it is like to work with our full time teachers.
Training is delivered by an array of qualified full time dance teachers who will provide the opportunity to experience a multitude of genres including classical ballet, contemporary, neo-classical, jazz, musical theatre, technical training and improvisation.

The National College of Dance is re-launching its 1.5 days Intensive Training Program for interested dance students in years 9-10 who would like to commence additional training and not yet sure if they would like to move into full time training.
This new and freshly created program is designed for students who are passionate about dance and are thinking about commencing a pathway to establish a career in dance or in dance teaching.
This program is open and available to any dance student, regardless of what dance school they attend and is an ideal program to experience an array of professionally trained classes. It is also a great bridging program for students with the ability and aspirations of becoming a professional dancer to experience what it is like to work with our full-time teachers.
Training is delivered by an array of qualified full-time dance teachers who will provide the opportunity to experience a multitude of genres including classical ballet, contemporary, neo-classical, jazz, musical theatre, technical training and improvisation.
All students, regardless of predominant genre preference, will be provided with an individual training program to support their journey to professional dance.

As part of the growing and popular Associate Program offered by National College of Dance, students who wish to commence and develop their Classical and Contemporary / Commerical Training can join our new Associate program.
Designed for students aged from 10 years old up (Classical) and 12 years old up (Contemporary/Commercial), the associate program provides students the opportunity to work with our full time college teachers in a professional open class and technical class environment.
