In May 2022, NCD celebrated 10 years of dance with our Gala concert – Nostalgia. Held at the Civic Theatre, it was a retrospective programme featuring spectacular choreography and an eclectic selection of our favourite concert pieces over the last decade.
The evening also celebrated Brett Morgan’s 10 years as Artistic Director of The National College of Dance, along with his Order of Australia Medal for his services to dance in 2021.

The National College of Dance Junior Academy located in Newcastle NSW, offers dance classes in Ballet, Contemporary, and Jazz for students from 12 months old to Adults. Acrobatics, Pilates, Yoga and Body Conditioning are also available. Utilising the Royal Academy of Dance syllabi, our teachers are RAD trained.
