Zoe Monohan is a twenty one year old, Australian professional dancer with a versatile background in classical ballet (Trained in RAD, Cecchetti and Vaganova), pas de deux, contemporary (Trained in Gaga technique, Graham, Horton, Ailey, Cunningham etc), modern, partnering, repertoire, choreography and improvisation.
Gaining valuable experience across various prestigious institutions, she has recently completed her Bachelor of Arts in Dance at Palucca Hochschule für Tanz Dresden, where she trained under renowned teachers such as Prof. Olga Melnikova, Prof. Jason Beechey and Prof. Tim Couchman.Zoe’s professional journey includes internships with Saarländisches Staatsballett and Ballet Am Rhein. She has performed as a soloist in Sydney City Ballet’s ‘The Nutcracker’ (2019), danced renowned pieces by Ohad Naharin such as ‘Ehad Mi Yodea’ and ‘Dancing with the Audience’ (2023), and was part of Semperoper Ballett’s ‘The Sleeping Beauty’ (2024). Notably, she was a prize winner of the YAGP 2020 Asian Pacific Contemporary Senior Women’s Section and was selected as a representative of her university to participate in the Assemblée Internationale 2023 Toronto Canada.
Zoe’s dedication to dance is evident through her collaborations with choreographers like Ohad Naharin, Kinsun Chan, Nicholas Palmquist and Gentian Doda.
