Amy Coles was born and raised in Newcastle where she began training at the age of 5.
She is a multifaceted performer, specialising in commercial jazz, contemporary, hip hop and musical theatre.
Amy has attained her Certificate IV in Dance at Lee Academy and in 2021 she moved to Sydney to further her studies at Ettingshausens Pro to complete her Diploma of Dance.
Amy has been mentored by creatives such as Keith Hawley, Kelley Abbey, Blake John Wood, Tash Marconi and Neale and Aimee Whittaker.
She has performed for multiple cooperate and charitable events in both Newcastle and Sydney. Some of which have been along side Australian artists Rhonda Burchmore and Australian Got Talent performer Wayne Rodgers.
Amy has an interest in film and has experience working with camera. She has appeared in TVC’s such as the Voice Australia and music videos with local Australian artists.
Amy is a passionate teacher mentoring young performers in dance studios, primary/high schools and with HSC dance students.
Amy aspires to develop her career further in the Performing Arts as a performer and choreographer.
