We are incredibly experienced and our teachers will ensure they are continuing to work on technique and skill development while also up-skilling with learning new choreography. This way\, every dancer remains engaged\, challenged and inspired throughout the term. \n  \nWhat if my dancer is a Featured Role or Lead Role? \nRehearsal Times will be allocated in the schedule specifically for featured role and lead role rehearsals – we will advise these times very soon. \n\nMost featured roles will also perform in their class dances\, so these students will still be required to attend their regular classes.\nSome featured roles will perform alongside younger classes and will need to attend those rehearsals as well\nWe appreciate your support in ensuring these dancers attend all allocated rehearsals so they feel confident and well-prepared on stage.\n\nWe appreciate your flexibility and support as we make these timetable adjustments. These changes allow us to give our dancers the rehearsal time they need while continuing to provide high-quality training for every student – whether or not they are performing in the concert. \nThank you for being part of this exciting journey with us. Please read the information below carefully to ensure your dancer is fully prepared and ready to shine! \nEvent Details – Port Macquarie Eisteddfod \nDates:\nFriday 26th – Sunday 28th September (with performances across all three days) \nVenue:\nGlasshouse Port Macquarie\nCnr Clarence & Hay St\, Port Macquarie \nImportant Information \nTicketing:\nhttps://auglasshousepm.sales.ticketsearch.com/sales/salesevent/153508 \nBirth Certificate Reminder:\nPlease ensure your dancer brings a copy of their birth certificate (digital or printed)\, as this may be requested by event staff for age verification. \nCostume Requirements:  One of the rules for Port Macquarie Eisteddfod is that all students require to wear stockings underneath their costumes if the leg line is shorter than a boy leg.   We have purchased\, on behalf of the students\, the correct stockings from capezio and have placed them in their costume boxes. \nMandatory Rehearsals:\nAttendance at all rehearsals leading up to the event is essential. They unanimously chose to keep all team members together and enter the open section as a united group. We believe this decision is a true testament to the students’ team spirit and commitment to the values we uphold at NCD. Their choice to stay united and support one another\, even if it meant entering a more challenging section\, reflects the strength of their character and the collaborative culture we’re so proud to foster. \nWe understand that this may require families to remain in Port Macquarie for an additional day\, and we sincerely appreciate your flexibility and support.
